When the White Hall Colton’s Steak House opened, it immediately became part of the growing commercial hub developing along the Sheridan Road corridor — drawing diners from Pine Bluff, White Hall, and communities across southeast Arkansas. Restaurant HVAC is its own discipline: tight schedules, commercial kitchen exhaust demands, and a dining experience where comfort is part of the product. Scott Systems delivered on all of it.
The Scope
- 6 rooftop units providing full climate control for dining areas, bar, and back-of-house
- 3 vent-a-hood systems for commercial kitchen ventilation — managing heat, smoke, and grease load from a high-volume kitchen
- Completed on a tight construction schedule, coordinated with a developer managing multiple concurrent projects in the corridor
