Pine Bluff / White Hall Area, AR  |  Category: Hospitality  |  Scope: Full HVAC, BAS Integration & Kitchen Ventilation

Chick-fil-A franchises operate to one of the tightest build and performance standards in the quick service restaurant industry. Every system has to meet corporate specifications, hold up under heavy daily volume, and integrate with building automation that monitors performance in real time. Scott Systems handled it all.

The Scope

  • 3 rooftop units providing full conditioned air for customer-facing and kitchen areas
  • 3 vent-a-hood systems for commercial kitchen ventilation — designed for the specific heat and volume demands of Chick-fil-A’s kitchen line
  • Wiring and integration of the Building Automation System (BAS) controls — ensuring all HVAC functions communicate properly and can be monitored and adjusted centrally
  • 4 air curtains at entry points — maintaining interior climate and energy efficiency at high-traffic doors

Building to a national franchise standard means no shortcuts. Scott Systems brought the technical depth to meet Chick-fil-A’s requirements and the professionalism to see it through on schedule.
