When Relyance Bank — an institution with roots stretching back to 1965 — relocated its headquarters to a new three-story, 40,000-square-foot facility off Interstate 530, it was one of the most significant commercial construction projects in the region. The new facility was designed to provide increased functionality, efficiency, and accommodate future growth for a bank now approaching $1 billion in assets and employing more than 200 associates.

Scott Systems was contracted to handle the full HVAC scope on this high-profile, fast-paced project — and delivered.

The Scope

  • 3 VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems with extensive ductwork distribution across all three floors — providing precision zoning and energy efficiency a flagship headquarters demands
  • 1 outside air unit for code-compliant fresh air introduction across the full building
  • Coordinated installation on an accelerated timeline, keeping pace with one of the region’s most-watched construction projects

The approximately $15 million facility was finished on time — and Scott Systems played its part in making that happen. For a bank that’s served southeast Arkansas for six decades, we made sure the building that carries their name into the future was built right from the inside out.
