Commercial Service Manager
The Service Manager loves to serve the community and is responsible for growing and managing Scott Systems’ commercial service and maintenance department. This role focuses on building new relationships with commercial customers, growing our maintenance contract revenue, quoting small commercial jobs, and leading our team of service technicians alongside our in-office Service Coordinator.

The technician plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, protecting service contracts, and supporting long-term client relationships through professional service delivery.
