Commercial Service Manager
The Service Manager loves to serve the community and is responsible for growing and managing Scott Systems’ commercial service and maintenance department. This role focuses on building new relationships with commercial customers, growing our maintenance contract revenue, quoting small commercial jobs, and leading our team of service technicians alongside our in-office Service Coordinator.
Commercial Service technician
Our Commercial Service Technicians are professional problem solvers, delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services that ensure customer systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. The technician plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, protecting service contracts, and supporting long-term client relationships through professional service delivery.
Parts Manager
The Parts Manager is responsible for inventory management and organization of all commercial HVAC and sheet metal materials. They handle purchasing and work alongside our project coordinator to stage correct materials and help reduce job delays. The role will also be building our new parts checkout process, implementing inventory software, and overseeing our digital fleet tracking system, managing all vehicle records and maintenance schedules.
Commercial HVAC Foreman/Installer
Our HVAC Foreman will lead their crew through commercial duct installation, manage field operations, and jump in on install work when needed. This role requires strong technical ability, excellent communication, and the ability to keep a team focused, safe, and productive. You’ll work closely with project managers, installers, and other trades to ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to Scott Systems’ quality standards. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership and is committed to helping their crew succeed.
