Friendship Aspire Academy’s Downtown Pine Bluff campus is one of the most significant new educational investments in the city in years — a purpose-built facility serving students who deserve a learning environment that works as hard as they do. When Friendship Aspire broke ground on the new campus on Main Street, adjacent to the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Main Library, the school already held deep roots in the community. Scott Systems was brought in to design and install the complete HVAC infrastructure for the new facility.
The Scope
The project required a flexible, zoned approach suited to the complex layout of a modern school building — multiple classrooms, administrative spaces, common areas, and varying occupancy loads throughout the day.
- 24 split systems for comprehensive classroom and office climate control
- 3 outside air systems for proper ventilation and indoor air quality
- 2 mini-split systems for dedicated spaces requiring independent control
The result is a school that stays comfortable through long Arkansas summers and unpredictable winters — so that teachers can teach and students can learn without ever thinking about the air around them. We’re proud to serve a campus that serves this community.
